zZz: Sleep Tracker Widgets (“zZz”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a simple sleep logging app that helps you manually record sleep-related events using widgets, Siri, and the app.

The app is designed to be privacy-first. Your sleep data is stored on your device by default. We do not sell your personal data.

2. What zZz Does

zZz helps you manually log sleep events such as:

• When you are ready to sleep
• When you are still awake
• When you wake up
• Sleep duration estimates
• Sleep history and trends
• Optional notes, tags, or review information if provided

zZz does not detect sleep stages. It does not claim to detect REM sleep, deep sleep, light sleep, snoring, breathing, or medical conditions.
